I have lived around the corner from this place for nearly 27 years. I don't recall if they've always been there, or if it's been the same owners, but I can't ever recall a bad meal. This is one of my favourite places and always will be. There used to be turtles that lived there, and the owner assured me they were safe and at home. Always friendly people, and good food.
I used to order here all the time, but a couple years ago I got a couple of really bad orders and stopped. Right when the food went crappy, the service was bad too. A couple months ago I tried to give it another shot, and boy was I pleasantly surprised, the service on the phone and in person was great, and the food was great. Last few orders have been great once again. Their salt and pepper chicken is definitely the best thing ever
combo for one, huge portion! best spring roll iv had in awhile. Forsure will order again.
My favourite place for when I'm craving sweet and sour pork! Food is made to order so always hot and steamy when you get it. (Don't have to worry it's been sitting in a heating pan all day). The family that owns the restaurant are always super nice and courteous to me. Delivery times are reasonable but can get long when snowy and peak hours.Not a big deal if you plan and order before you get extra hangry. If you don't mind getting to pick-up, typically ready with 15-20min depending on size of order.
Food has always been good with very generous portions. Love their wonton soup. Expect a long delivery time as they are usually very busy. Really sad to see they are closed right now, hope they can open again soon!
One of the best Chinese food places to go to around this neighborhood. Food is delicious, serve is fast, and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. We haven't had a bad experience yet since moving into the area this year and ordering from here. (We prefer this restaurant over Ginger Beer that is located around the corner!)
Took a chance with this place and I have to say that this was the best Chinese food I had in a very long time, great prices and very friendly service. Can't recommend enough
